Refund policy
At Merynn, every piece is crafted with intention, precision, and timeless elegance. We understand that choosing fine jewellery is deeply personal, and we offer a refined return experience designed to give you complete confidence in your purchase.
7-Day Return Assurance
Merynn offers a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.
If for any reason you decide not to retain your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Upon successful inspection and approval, a refund will be issued after deducting ₹1,000 per product towards logistics, insurance, and processing charges.
Non-Applicability of 7-Day Return Policy
The 15-Day Return Policy shall not apply in the following instances:
1. Products that have already been exchanged once under the 15-Day Return Policy.

- A product may be exchanged for full value only once within 15 days.
- Any subsequent exchange will be governed under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
2. Products that have been:

- Engraved
- Personalised
- Customised
- Specially commissioned
- Products showing signs of wear, resizing, alteration, or repair by any third party.
Meryn reserves the sole right to determine eligibility.
Conditions for Return
To qualify under the 7-Day Return Policy:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The jewellery must be in unused, unworn, saleable condition.
- No scratches, damage, or alterations should be present.
- All tags, stickers, and seals must remain intact.
- The original invoice and product certificate must be included.
- If packaging, tag, or certification is tampered with, the product may be evaluated under the Buy-Back Policy instead of the 7-Day Return Policy.
- Loss of certificate will attract a charge of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher).
Refund Process
All returned products undergo a mandatory Quality Inspection upon receipt.
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment source (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI).
EMI Purchases:
If the product was purchased via EMI, an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount will be deducted at the time of refund of the initial installment.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Submit a return request through your Merynn account or email jai.surya@merynn.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Our Client Services team will arrange a reverse pick-up and provide detailed instructions.
3. Securely pack the jewellery in original packaging with:
- Product certificate
- Invoice
4. Hand over the parcel to the logistics executive and collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt / tracking confirmation / SMS).
5. Reverse shipping is coordinated by Merynn.
Inspection & Final Approval
Upon receipt, Merynn conducts:
- Physical inspection
- Certification verification
- Quality assessment
- Weight and authenticity checks
Any item showing signs of wear, resizing (by a jeweller other than Merynn), alteration, or damage will not qualify under the 7-Day Return Policy.
Merynn retains full and final discretion in determining:
- Eligibility
- Applicable deductions
- Refund approval
All decisions made by Meryn shall be final and binding.
Policy Amendments
Merynn reserves the right to modify, revise, or withdraw this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates shall take effect immediately upon publication on the official Merynn website.
